FBC Defenders among the best in Middlesex County

Ashley Sullivan’s senior campaign is proving successful thus far, as she has helped Timothy Christian start 7-1. The forward is averaging 15.4 points and six rebounds per game.
Jackie Rodriguez continues to produce big scoring numbers for Sayreville, and she was one of the couny’s top scorers last week. She finished with at least 20 points in three of her last four games, including 29 against Iselin Kennedy on Saturday. She is averaging 17.3 for the season.
Perth Amboy improved to 7-1 on the season last week after it defeated previously unbeaten South Brunswick at home. Behind leading scorer Nadirah Wilson (14.9 points per game), Perth Amboy will look to continue its strong play with three games this week.
Piscataway continued to rebound from its slow start, improving to 6-5 after wins against South Brunswick and North Brunswick last week. Piscataway is now riding a four-game winning streak.
