FBC Defenders Kadijah Mathew (14 pts), Kyra Fox (6 pts), Alex Walker (4 pts) lead North Brunswick as they fell short against East Brunswick in the Brunswick Holiday Tournament.

Dayna Sclafani scored 11 points as East Brunswick defeated North Brunswick, 38-33, in the first round of the Brunswick Classic in New Brunswick.

Julia Simoes and Allie Warren added nine points apiece for East Brunswick. Kadijah Mathews led North Brunswick with 14 points.

Senior Jackie Rodriguez leads Sayreville High with a game high 31 points by hitting 6 threes in the game against Del Valley.

Justine Doran scored 29 points to lead Delaware Valley to a 56-55 victory against Sayreville in the first round of the Hillsborough Tournament in Hillsborough.

Haley Pilone finished with 19 points for Delaware Valley, which held off a Sayreville rally in the fourth quarter. Jackie Rodriguez of Sayreville led all scorers with 31 points.

Senior Jackie Rodriguez Open Senior Campaign With Back To Back 21 Point Efforts for Sayreville High

Jackie Rodriguez scored 21 points as Sayreville defeated J.P. Stevens, 64-25, in Edison. Then she follows up with the same in the next game as Jackie Rodriguez scored 21 points and recorded four steals to lead Sayreville to a 50-43 victory against Montgomery in Parlin.

Sophomore Kendrea Williams’ second-half effort leads Piscataway over Mount St. Dominic

Trailing Mount St. Dominic by a point at halftime, Piscataway needed a player to step up. That player was Kendrea Williams. The sophomore guard scored 15 of her game-high 17 points in the second as Piscataway topped Mount St. Dominic, 56-45, in round robin play at the Mount St. Dominic Holiday Tournament in Caldwell.
