Freshman Gabby Smalls Continues Her Impressive Start To HS Basketball!

FBC Defenders freshman sensation, Gabby Smalls, continues to get better as the 2015-16 high school season progresses. She burst onto the high school landscape with a dominating performance of  23pts, 27rbs, and 7 recorded block shots. Since then she has become a proven force on the glass and her offense is beginning to show some consistency.  Playing just 10 games thus far, Gabby has already had two 20+ rebound games and four games of at least 10 rebounds. She is averaging 10 pts a game with and have had several games with 5+ block shots. Once conference referees get use to seeing a player of her youth, size, and athleticism perform on the floor her stats should continue to improve. Earlier in the season the young player could be found sitting on the bench in early foul trouble as her physical presence would often get her called for fouls that most in the audience, including the opposing fans, found unbelievable.  Last time out Pemberton faced Willingboro in a classic matchup and Pemberton fought back from a seven point halftime deficit to take the victory behind 12 pts and 21 (of her teams 25) rebounds.
