Devils roll past Misericordia, 74-55

MADISON, N.J. (January 7, 2017) – The Fairleigh Dickinson University women’s basketball team rolled past Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom rival Misericordia University, 74-55, in the Ferguson Recreation Center on Saturday afternoon. The Devils continued their nine-game winning streak, improving to 11-2 on the season as the Cougars dropped to 7-5.

Freshman Kendrea Williams was hot all game long, notching a game-high 23 points to lead the way in the Devils’ victory. Williams went 8-for-13, making two three-pointers and going 5-for-5 from the charity stripe. FDU-Florham dominated the court with a 40 percent shooting average from behind the arc compared to Misericordia’s 16.7 percent in the second half.
